5 months agoFantastic experience! Whether it was the boat tours exploring the islands or the private taxi service to get to and from the island, I highly recommend this company! They operate year-round, and their young and dynamic team knows the lagoon perfectly. They always took us sailing, day and night, with the utmost safety and professionalism! And they speak English, French, and Spanish! Which I find quite convenient.

11 months agoUma experiência muito negativa. Fiz uma reserva com alguns dias de antecedência para um passeio de barco com a família e um casal amigo que veio de propósito para este momento. Já tinha informado que faríamos uma viagem de cerca de uma hora até ao local. No dia anterior, liguei para confirmar e disseram-me que estava tudo em ordem. No entanto, no próprio dia, já no cais, fui surpreendido com a informação de que o passeio não se iria realizar devido a um “problema técnico” com o barco. O responsável, o Gabriel, não me contactou em momento algum para avisar, o que considero extremamente grave, tendo em conta todo o planeamento envolvido. Quando falei com ele, percebi que nem sequer tinha o meu número registado e parecia nem saber com quem estava a falar. Uma total falta de profissionalismo e organização. Mais grave ainda, ao verificar os comentários de outros clientes, percebi que esta situação já aconteceu antes, ou seja, não foi um caso isolado. Não recomendo este serviço a ninguém que esteja a planear algo especial ou que tenha de se deslocar de longe. A falta de comunicação, de responsabilidade e de preocupação por parte da empresa foi, no mínimo, lamentável.
