2 months agoUnfortunately, less than one star isn't an option. We booked this tour and received all the necessary information. At the agreed meeting point, we were left standing alone. Another kayak operator told us we weren't the first to pay and not receive a tour. Our calls and emails went unanswered. Do not book under any circumstances!!!

3 months agoAfter booking a 2-hour session, no one showed up? It was impossible to contact them. Even competitors tried calling a number that obviously didn't work. Beware, it's a scam. Today we received an email saying they had the pleasure of welcoming us… whatever you do, don't book or you'll lose your money. We filed a complaint; we'll see what happens next! I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0.

6 months agoI wanted to have a great experience to visit Benagil caves. I paid in advanced as the service explained in their website. Weeks before my activity i contacted by email but not response. After that i called them and only by WhatsApp i got answers. The person replied to me that he sick with flu and the service will be cancelled. Then i asked when i will get refund and they told me by January 27th with very small details. I paid in September 2025, for an event at the end of December 2025 and only by end of January 2026 i will get my money back. All the information happened because i asked the service didnt reach out to tell me it was cancelled and i am waiting for the refund to be done. It's sad i had this poor customer support experience because i would like to have this experience but with another company in the future.

8 months agoThis was my favorite part of our entire Portugal trip!! Our tour guide & the owner, Andre, was incredibly cool and kind. He told us stories and history while we paddled, gave us extra safety tips (that the other tours were ignoring), and even showed us some additional areas where the other tours weren’t going. Truly a magical time. Highly recommend!
