in the last weekIf I could give zero stars, I would. We had booked for 5 people, including 3 children (11 years old, 8 years old, and a 2-year-old). Upon arrival, there was no welcome, no one spoke to us. They simply put a lifebuoy around our necks without any explanation. While other customers boarded right in front of us, we were left stranded in the blazing sun. After waiting for an hour in the scorching sun, we had to go and get information ourselves, only to be told that the boat was full and we couldn't leave! The reason? They simply hadn't blocked the bookings on their website. The result: a pointless car journey and children scorching hot. The only "solution" offered was to come back at noon, which is right in the middle of rush hour under a blazing sun, which is reckless and dangerous with a 2-year-old. The worst part was the refund process: no consideration, no apology. They were busy with other customers. We were told to "wait 2 minutes," but unsurprisingly, the wait lasted much longer, still standing in the blazing sun with the children. Between overbooking, disorganization, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for families with young children, this company is absolutely one to avoid. Steer clear!

in the last weekA very, very bad experience with Atlantis Tours. We were simply left behind on the dock, under a blazing sun. We arrived on time, as planned (20 minutes early). We received and wore the life jackets that were distributed. After a while, I approached an employee who replied, "Not French," without any further explanation. We watched the others leave, and then we went to see other people who told us that they had simply overbooked, that our boat was full. We have three children, including one who is one year old. We drove for an hour for this activity. The company's organization is very poor; I do not recommend them. We saw another family in the same situation. For your information, the weather was perfect.
