The space
PHENTHOUSE MONACO AF is located in the Center of Albufeira, with a stunning and exclusive view of the Historic Center of the City, Praia dos Pescadores and the Atlantic Ocean.
The main attraction of this apartment is its terrace with breathtaking views and the Jacuzzi that will make you enjoy unforgettable moments.
The apartment faces west and is located on the 3rd floor of a small condominium, Clube do Mónaco, with only access via stairs. It consists of: private terrace, living and dining room, full kitchen, one bedroom and two complete bathrooms, both with shower and hairdryer. The condominium has a communal swimming pool.
The terrace has a wonderful view of the City Center and Praia dos Pescadores, has outdoor furniture, sun loungers, dining table and chairs and a Jacuzzi that will delight our guests.
In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with a sofa bed (1.60m*1.90m), dining table and chairs, SMART TV with internet access and free Wi-Fi.
The room is equipped with a 1.80m*2.00m double bed and SMART TV with internet access. The door from the bedroom to the living room is sliding, you can choose to leave the space completely open or simply create the privacy you need.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals, from an induction hob, oven with grill, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher, ironing board and iron and utensils for 4 people.
Parking is public and outside. There is a paid car park near the apartment, subject to availability.
Guest access
A short distance of 400m, a 5-minute walk, we reach Praça dos Pescadores, in the heart of the city’s Historic Center, which stretches along the beaches of Peneco and Pescadores and offers a series of quality shops, bars and restaurants. around the main square, where live music and art shows take place during the holiday season.
Other wonderful beaches, such as Galé, Salgados, São Rafael, Olhos de Água and Falésia, among others, are located to the East and West, a 10-minute drive away.
The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants known for their piri-piri chicken specialty, is 12 minutes away by car. As soon as you leave the town, you will find Zoomarine, a theme and water park, with an aquarium and shows featuring dolphins and other marine animals and birds, a roller coaster.
Other things to note
Payment of the tourist tax in the municipality of Albufeira is mandatory in accordance with regulation no. 488/2024, subject to a fine.
The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 12 years old, €2.00 per person/day for a maximum of 7 days of stay, between the months of April to October.
You will receive an email with the link to make direct payment of the tourist tax to Albufeira City Hall. This payment will have to be confirmed before your check-in.
