in the last weekA minha experiência foi bastante dececionante. À entrada, o segurança foi extremamente simpático e prestável, pelo que não tenho nada a apontar nesse aspeto. No entanto, entrámos apenas para beber três shots de Fernet Branca. Disseram-nos que tinham a bebida disponível, mas acabámos por esperar cerca de 30 minutos para algo tão simples, apesar de o restaurante estar longe de estar cheio. Quando finalmente trouxeram os shots, percebemos que não era Fernet Branca. Ao questionar a situação, disseram-nos que afinal não tinham e que nos tinham servido “o mais parecido”. O mais grave é que nem sequer nos avisaram antes de servir. Acabámos por pagar um valor muito elevado por uma bebida diferente daquela que tínhamos pedido, sem qualquer informação ou consentimento da nossa parte. Uma situação destas demonstra falta de transparência e atenção ao cliente. É uma pena, porque a primeira impressão foi positiva, mas a experiência acabou por ser muito negativa.

Desde a recepção, fui muito bem atendida por funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos e extremamente profissionais. O ambiente é lindo, elegante e muito agradável, perfeito para aproveitar um bom momento. A comida estava deliciosa, com ótima qualidade e muito bem apresentada. O espaço com DJ também merece destaque: a seleção de músicas é incrível e deixa a experiência ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, um dos melhores lugares do Vale do Lobo. Recomendo e com certeza voltarei!
