3 weeks agoThe transfers between Faro Airport and Albufeira were excellent in both directions. Everything was punctual and hassle-free from start to finish. The customer service was first-class. The driver Jorge took into account all our needs, told us about the area and attractions during the trip, and even made sure that we got safely inside our Airbnb apartment when we arrived. This kind of service attitude really left a lasting impression. I can warmly recommend the service to everyone!

a month agoJorge was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for better. He made our family holiday very easy. He gave clear directions as to where he would collect us at the airport. For our return journey he was waiting at our accommodation despite it being very early in the morning. Jorge gave great recommendations for our holiday. Overall a very reliable and lovely man. a month agoWe highly recommend The Algarve Traveller with Jorge. Our friend group of four booked a second tour with Jorge - an 8-hr. excursion on the last day of our Portugal time after benefitting so much from a "spot-on" 10-hr. tour on our arrival the previous week. This week's tour began with Jorge meeting us at our hotel in the Algarve region and exploring north to Evora. Enroute, he shared stories of history, culture, environment and people of the region we drove through. On foot around Evora with Jorge's guidance was enjoyable, educational and unhurried, while also again "spot-on" to our group's timing and interests. From Evora our travel continued to our hotel in Lisbon to ready for our airport departure the following morning as our tour provided transportation from the Algarve to Lison, plus having fun exploring and learning more of the inland regions new to us along the way. Our group noted with Jorge that we felt he was an excellent "herder" of us, with precision and expertise in his "care-full" way being very perceptive of the group overall. We all laughed together with the idea that like an experienced Border Collie, Jorge herded our group adeptly and with care. We look forward to exploring more on future trips with The Algarve Traveller.
