3 weeks agoA true traditional Portuguese canteen, where many locals come for lunch. The menu offers a wide selection of typical Portuguese dishes, all homemade. We came for lunch as a family of two adults and a 9-year-old. We chose two breaded chicken cutlets with fries and rice, and our son had breaded fish with the same sides. Everything was homemade, and you can tell from the first bite. The breading is simply exceptional: crispy, light, and very flavorful. We even saved the breaded chicken for last so we could enjoy every last bite. As for our son, he finished his plate without leaving a crumb, which is always a great sign! If you're looking for simple, hearty, and authentic food, the kind a mom or dad might make at home, I recommend this place without hesitation. The best part: the prices are very reasonable. In the end, it's cheaper than fast food, while offering far superior quality and a real homemade meal.
