a week agoHave eaten here many times in the past. Usually get a nice steak. This time my fillet was undercooked so had to go back. Didn’t let it spoil the evening. Mostly English customers wearing sunglasses at nine oclock at night?

a week agoIf someone asked me where NOT to go for dinner, I’d say absolutely don’t go here. My family and I came here last summer in July 2025 and we enjoyed the food so much. We are very big on eating healthy and enjoy high quality steaks. We loved how the meat tasted, how it was cooked and all the delicious sides. We decided to come once again this summer, July 2026, and it was the biggest disappointment ever, truly. We got the empanadas to start because we loved it last summer, and those were very delicious we can’t lie. 3 of us got a rib eye, one got a T-bone and another got a burger. 2 of the rib eyes were alright, extremely undersalted but alright taste wise and cooked fine. The T-bone was requested to be cooked rare, and usually rare meat is bright red or pink. This T-bone came out entirely GREY and tasteless. The burger was literally inedible, genuinely. It so extremely overcooked and truly tasted like rubber or the sole of a shoe. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. My rib eye came fully cold so I asked them to cook it a little longer. They brought it back and it tasted like gasoline or burnt oil or something. I honestly can’t explain the flavor I know it sounds weird, but it was also inedible. I think that they use the lowest quality of meat absolutely possible. SUCH a huge disappointment, literally inedible food. The atmosphere is lovely, the environment is nice it’s all outdoors and lots of trees and greenery. Service was alright. We let the manager know and she didn’t see to care too much and was very dismissive of our feedback. Our waitress Aisha (not sure how to spell her name) was kind and polite. The also let the chef know about our concerns on our way out, very politely and honestly, and he simply continued to state that he only buys the best quality meat and he doesn’t know what we are talking about and that he “receives all the bad reviews” and hears them. Not sure what to say to that but he very clearly rejected anything we said and not a single apology. He said some cuts of meat can taste bad and it’s random. If that’s the case, then that’s very concerning… The hostesses were also kind and the most apologetic. All in all, a HUGE disappointment. Paid €350 for inedible things (can’t even call it food). Never coming back and would never recommend it.

a week agoAdorámos! Sentaram-nos numa mesa em que sentiamos mais o vento e pedimos para trocar, no entanto não havia mesas disponíveis. Dissemos que não fazia mal. Passados uns minutos, vieram dizer-nos que se ainda quisessemos, tinham uma mesa que podia estar mais abrigada. Ou seja, o nosso conforto não foi ignorado nem esquecido. A menina que nos trocou de mesa foi super querida e atenciosa. A comida estava maravilhosa e todos os empregados sem excepção foram super simpáticos e atenciosos. O serviço foi rápido e eficiente.
