in the last weekWe enjoyed the wine tasting and vineyard tour situated in a picturesque picnic area under olive trees along the edge of the vineyard. There was a charcuterie board served as well. The wine was very good and we ended up buying a few bottles to enjoy on the rest of our trip. The vineyard is quaint and rustic, for us it was awesome! Highly recommend.

in the last weekOur family did the farm to table dinner dining experience. Please AVOID coming here and save your money. It was 240€ for a family of 4 and you will walk away hungry and disappointed. Wine is average but food is just terrible. You get cold carrots that look like food for a toddler, followed by day old slices of bread, and unremarkable olive oil to start. Salad was the best thing served but nothing to write home about. The “main course” was boiled potatoes and some sliced pork. The pork was barely enough to go around. We thought there weee more dishes coming, but all we got was some disgusting egg desert in an orangey syrup. Pretty sure we saw a rat and they sent a couple of dogs out around the yard to clean up scraps. The best part of the dinner was the 2000 year old olive tree - that was truly majestic. There were 24 diners and the minute desert ended, everyone bolted. The diners next to us indicated they were disappointed. We went back to our hotel and ate more food.

a week agoEvento com visita às vinhas, prova de vinhos e tábua de charcutaria. Muito educativo. Espaço bonito. Oliveiras e videiras centenárias. Vinhos bons: o branco 2024 (Crato branco) é de chorar por mais. Agricultura sustentável / organica (não sei se 100%). Valeu a pena.

a week agoWe went to a 3 course farmer’s table lunch paired with three wines from the vineyard. Food was really lovely and fresh and the staff was great! There was option to stay at their accommodation which we may consider for next time
