in the last weekI had a reservation for 9:30pm and arrived exactly on time, but unfortunately we weren’t acknowledged until around 9:45pm. Despite having a reservation, we weren’t seated until around 9:55pm after repeatedly trying to get the attention of the staff. Waiting 25 minutes for a reserved table made us feel quite unwelcome from the start. The experience didn’t improve when it came to ordering. While I was confirming my mum’s choice before placing our order, the waiter became impatient and said he was going to take another table’s order instead, despite the fact that we were ready to order. It felt unnecessarily dismissive, and there was little patience or willingness to help us with the menu. At that point, we decided to leave without dining. We ended up at the restaurant next door, Broa, where the experience was the complete opposite. We were greeted warmly, seated promptly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Dining out isn’t just about the food—it’s also about the experience and the service. As customers, we’re paying not only for a meal but also for hospitality. Respect should go both ways: guests should respect the restaurant, and the restaurant should make its guests feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here, which is why we chose to take our business elsewhere.

in the last weekFood was generally ok , although not the best I've had in the Algarve. The cuttlefish was tasty but really quite chewy and a little tough. Service was quick but generally not friendly. Prices were ok considering the Vilamoura location!
