Tucked into the Old Village area, Casa do Largo offers a calmer side of dining in Vilamoura—perfect when you want a pretty setting, generous portions, and genuinely caring hospitality. It’s the kind of restaurant that feels like a find: lovely scenery, a relaxed pace, and an outdoor seating area that invites you to settle in and enjoy the evening.
The atmosphere is a major draw. Guests often describe the space as gorgeous and welcoming, with an easy charm that works just as well for a low-key date as it does for a family dinner. Step outside and you’ll see why people mention the setting so often—there’s room to breathe, and it feels pleasantly removed from the louder marina crowds while still being close enough to reach in minutes.
Food is another reason Casa do Largo earns repeat visits. Portions are hearty and satisfying, and the menu suits classic comfort dining. The half chicken dinner is a favourite, particularly the piri-piri chicken option for anyone who likes a little heat and bold flavour. Even simple choices land well here, and the overall experience tends to feel both filling and good value.
What ties it all together is the service. The team is frequently described as wonderful—attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making your evening enjoyable. That warmth, combined with the tranquil Old Village setting, makes Casa do Largo a smart pick when you want a quieter meal with strong hospitality.
If you’re looking for a restaurant in Vilamoura Old Village with a beautiful atmosphere, generous plates, and friendly service you can count on, Casa do Largo is an excellent choice—one you’ll likely want to revisit on your next trip.

a month agoFood in our party of 8 had mixed reviews. It took ages for them to take our drinks order and overall service was really slow due to not enough staff for such a busy restaurant. One of our party was served beef bolognese instead of lentil bolognese and it took an age to be replaced. Great location and atmosphere but poor service.
