Villa Soliveira is a modern and spacious property located in Armação de Pêra, in a central area with easy access to several beaches and cities such as Albufeira and Portimão, as well as attractions such as Zoomarine, Slide&Splash, KrazyWorld and Shopping Malls.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite, 3 bathrooms, a spacious and airy living/dining area, a full kitchen and air-conditioning throughout the house.
The outdoor area has a swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining area, lots of sun and some olive trees.
The space
Villa Soliveira consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy the outdoor leisure area with access to a private pool, 6 sun loungers, shade under the olive trees, and can also have a barbecue and enjoy the meal on the street.
Inside, there is a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, among other appliances, a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, and a large living and dining room.
On the 1st Floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with a balcony and a Private Bathroom. The room with 2 single beds has a walk-in closet. In the hallway, there is a 3rd spacious balcony overlooking the back garden.
On the top floor, there is a seating area for sunbathing while enjoying the sea view of Armação de Pêra/Salgados.
It also has free unlimited Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout the house in the bedrooms and living room.
Other things to note
The Outdoor Area has weekly Maintenance and Cleaning, where the Gardener will take care of the space once a week. We’ll let you know at check-in that they’ll be coming by the space.
