The trip itself was fantastic and gave us a great perspective of the coast. I would highly recommend this booking to any friend visiting the area. 7 months agoThe boat trip we took to Silves was amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The glass of wine on the journey down and welcome back to boat with the glass of port was a very nice touch. I went with family including my small child and all of us had a lovely day. Would definetly recommend to anyone wanted to expand on their knowledge of the area and/or want a relaxing fun boat ride experience.

10 months agoOur river trip with Reiner was fantastic. The comms were good from booking through to getting on board. His boat is not massive but plenty of room for the two of us and would hold up to 8 at full capacity. It is clean and well maintained giving good confidence. The journey to Silves took about 75 minutes with plenty of short pauses while Reiner explained the geography and history of the area around the river. We had 2 hours in Silves to explore at our leisure, certainly enough time to visit the castle and to have some lunch before the return journey down the river to our starting point in Ferragudo. Would highly recommend this as the best way to get to Silves from Portimao/Ferragudo.
