2 weeks agoAMAZING FUN! My absolute favourite experience on my trip to Lagos. We did the $20 for a half hour and I could not recommend Taruga Tours more. The gentlemen working we're very kind and took excellent care of us. So safe and hardworking, it was awesome to see. We went on a sunny, wavy monday at 1pm, our tour guides WILLIAM & LEO were the best we've had for any experience here yet. Great info, jokes, terrific safety measures and the driving skills were so excellent. Thanks you William, Leo and team for giving us such a special, once in a lifetime experience! Ill never ever forget it!

2 months agoHighly recommend. Highlight of our trip in Portugal. The guides were amazing and the boat driver fantastic. Perfect one hour tour. Also right above after the tour many trails to hike and see the cliffs. Great photo opportunity!!

3 months agoWe had a great boat ride with Taruga! We were in the off season and the sea was a little rough but the guys still took care of us and showed us the amazing caves and rock formations along the Algarve. Daniel was an excellent Captain and got us close to the amazing sites while ensuring our safety. Super Pedro was an entertaining guide, pointing out all the sites and asking us to use our imagination to guess what the rock formations look like...turtle, crocodile, King Kong, and DT! Thanks to the whole crew. We had a great time!

2 months agoWe arrived after a very windy and narrow road at the parking area. The parking costs €5 for the day and you get a €5 discount voucher for the kayak excursion or the food shop at the bottom. From the parking area it’s a steep 5 min walk to the beach. We did an hour tour of the caves leaving from Benagil beach. There are various options to either kayak, take a 30 min or 1 hour boat trip. All costing between €20-€35. It was such a great excursion with 8 of us on the boat. Our guides Vitor and super Mario our driver were amazing! So friendly and told us about all the caves, a bit of history about Captain Carvelo and his beaches. Well visited so many caves each one being unique and beautiful! If you get sea sickness I probably wouldn’t recommend it but they do offer sea sickness tablets before the trip. A really good experience and loved every minute of it! It was worth the €35 in my opinion!
