The staircase takes you to the first floor and here there is a double bedroom with 2 extra beds and a large terrace, a large bathroom with sink and Italian shower, and a conjunte of fitted wardrobes in the hallway.
All rooms have air conditioning / heating at no extra charge.
Outside the pool and gardens are private and can be accessed from the main entrance through the sliding living room doors. The pool to the left of the garden is fenced and the whole garden is lawned and spacious for sun worshippers to relax in.
There is also a large outdoor and covered dining area equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
This pleasant Algarve villa is in an excellent location and close to the busiest centre of Albufeira, with a mini-market, restaurant, tennis courts and gardens of the Quinta da Balaia resort. The beach of Santa Eulália is a few minutes drive away, the picturesque Old Town of Albufeira is also close by, a few minutes drive away and the famous “Rua dos Bares” is a 10 minute walk away.
The local bus stops at the roundabout at the entrance to Quinta da Balaia.
