The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Dona Ana beach, less than 15 minutes from downtown Lagos, and about a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.
Less than 5 minutes away you will find the beginning of the trails and walkways of Ponta da Piedade with its caves, cliffs and spectacular rocks.
The space
Our apartment is composed of two floors. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a balcony with direct access to the complex’s gardens and beach D. Ana. Upstairs, you can find a spacious and cozy living room, so you can enjoy comfortable moments and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal. Only the living room has air conditioning, centralized.
The living room, facing east, has access to a sunny terrace with a large table where you can enjoy any meal with a fantastic view of the sea.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances needed to prepare any meal (stove, microwave, magic wand, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher).
You can also find washing machine, detergent capsules, ironing iron, ironing board to handle your clothes during your stay. The kitchen is open to the living room, which allows a greater conviviality among all.
NOTE 1:
Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, sharing the beds.
NOTE 2: Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs, and the apartment itself has stairs to access the bedrooms.
Our condominium is calm and very well located that allows you to walk through all the points of interest of the city on foot.

• Less than 5 minutes walk from Dona Ana Beach and a few minutes from other iconic beaches of Lagos.
• About a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Lagos, with restaurants, shops and nightlife.
• Close to supermarkets and with easy walking access to everything you need.
We offer an intermediate cleaning with change of clothes for stays longer than 7 days. For stays of less than 7 days, we provide extra cleaning for payment.
Guest access
The complex has direct access to Dona Ana beach and is connected to the walkways and trails that link the various beaches along the coast and Ponta da Piedade, with its caves, cliffs and spectacular rocks.

Although our apartment is in a condominium with a pool, it was recently purchased by a private company, so it is NOT included in our listing. Any use of the pool and surrounding area by guests will be at their own expense, and our listing cannot be held responsible for any experience, damage or incident they have in this space.
We believe that our apartment has everything to provide an excellent stay and create spectacular memories in Lagos, not only because of the apartment itself, but also because of its privileged location and the good disposition of our team.

Would you like to have beach towels during your stay? We are happy to rent them for €2.50/towel for the entire stay. Please contact us to confirm.
Before check-in, guests’ personal data will be requested as part of our obligation under Portuguese law (Article 45 of Law No. 23/2007) for communication to the Immigration and Borders Service.
