Other things to note
As of March 1, 2020, the municipal tourist tax of Faro comes into effect, which applies to all guests over the age of 13, per person and night, up to a limit of 7 nights per stay. The amount is €1.50 per night (up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights per stay/person). This amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
