The apartment is located on the 2 line beach complex at the beautiful beach of Praia da Rocha. Even though it is really close to the beach, the building is on a very quiet street. Our stylish and modern 1-bedroom apartment has an AC in the living room, fully equipped with free WIFI and has a large balcony with a river view.
You can self check in easily contactless and be flexible with the arrival times. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, ATMs are within walking distance.
The space
This newly refurbished, cosy and modern apartment offers you everything for your comfort during your holidays. It has one bedroom with a Kingsize bed. The living room has a foldable couch which sleeps two adults. We can provide you with a baby cot/baby chair upon availability which have to be requested in advance.
Update: the bathroom has been just entirely renovated with new pipes etc. New pictures will be uploaded very soon.
The property has a large balcony where you can have breakfast/coffee and your meals with a view on the Arade River and a beautiful oleander plant.
We have comfortable and stylish outdoor furniture for our guests to enjoy beautiful sunsets and drinks outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:

Our apartment is on the second line of Praia da Rocha beach, in a quiet area, close to shops and services, this place is ideal for a well spent holiday near by the sea. The 7-storey building with a concierge is situated next to the beautiful Miradouro (A belvedere located at the Praia da Rocha/Rock Beach) with magnificent views of the sea and of the cliffs and the medieval Santa Catarina Fort.
The WIFI connection is highest-speed in Portugal with 5G (download at 218 mbps and upload at 118 mbps) and reliable for those who want to work remotely and be on the beach at the same time. Contact us for a special prices off season for longer periods of stay. We don’t make discounts during high season.
Please note that the bed in the bedroom is made of two single beds.
There are two TVs in the apartment: one in the living room, the other in the bedroom. Both of them are connected to major international channels to enjoy after a long beach day.
We provide a self check in option to our apartment. It means that you are flexible with arrival times. Check in is at 3 pm.
We are experienced hosts that provide excellent service to our guests.
If you are a surf fan or want to try out this activity, there is a surf shop literally one minute away from the apartment where you can rent or buy necessary items to enjoy the waves. Surf schools are also located right on Praia da Rocha.

During low season cars can be parked around the building, during high season we suggest underground parking to be found near Praia da Rocha.
