Located in Vilamoura, it’s within walking distance from a Golf course, and 5 minutes by car from amazing beaches, marina, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tennis, clinics and pharmacies. This villa offers an amazing wide private garden with a pool (heated at an extra cost) and barbecue fully equipped, 5 bedrooms (master bedroom, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), one big living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, cable tv channels, air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.
The space
The house is pleasantly equipped with light and modern furniture, extremely comfortable bed linen and bathroom, and bathrobes/towels for the pool. The outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy the entire space comfortably.
There is a little wooden house and a small orchard where children can play safely.
Other things to note
The heated pool will only be heated upon request and the heating has an extra cost of 10€/day. Also, since it´s an outside pool, we cannot guarantee a minimum temperature. It will vary depending on the weather conditions.
Additionally, we are obliged by law to charge guests with a tourist tax that amounts to € 1 (between 01/11 – 31/03) or € 2 (between 01/04-31/10) per tourist per night with a maximum of 5 nights. This will be charged additionally to all other amounts.
