The space
Large open plan air conditioned living/dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace with sea views. Large TV with cable channels and wi-fi internet. Dining area with table for 8 persons, open plan to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality electric appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, electric hobs, extractor, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes and bedroom two is a double bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and doors to the terrace. These two bedrooms share the adjacent family bathroom with bath and shower over.
The master double suite is on the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, safety deposit box, doors to the first floor terrace with sea views and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, bath and hydro-massage shower.
Electric gates lead to the entrance driveway and brick built charcoal BBQ.
Patio doors from the open plan living room lead to the raised terrace with dining table. Steps lead down to the poolside terrace with 6 sunloungers, and the steps are protected by a gate. The private pool measures approximately 9 metres x 4 metres and can be heated.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly).The villa has a hairdryer for clients use.
The pool can be heated – extra cost of 200€/week.
Other things to note
I also inform you that Lagoa’s Municipal Tourist Tax came into force on April 13, 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, and will be charged by tourist developments and local accommodation establishments to their guests.
The fee:
It is €1 per night in low season (between November 1st and March 31st).
It is €2 per night in high season (between April 1st and October 31st).
Maximum duration:
The fee is charged up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests over 12 years old.
