Villa 12 is a beautiful villa with air-conditioning and private pool, only 10min walk from Carvoeiro town centre. The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
The villa is spacious, tastefully furnished and offers modern comforts for your holiday: four bedrooms and four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, patio/terrace, garage and pool.

The space

The villa has a double bedroom and two twins on the upper entrance level and the master double is on the main ground floor.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc) with a separate WC next to the kitchen.
The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and wifi internet. Both kitchen and the living area open to the pool and terrace. Charcoal barbeque.
Car hire is not essential but there is enough parking on the villa grounds up to two cars. The villa has a security alarm and electric shutters.
A cot and high chair (free of charge) can be provided when requested.
All towels and linen provided including separate towels for the pool use.
Smoking allowed outside.
No pets.
OBS. Building works started on a plot next to the villa in mid-November 2025. It is going to be a large villa with a pool and the owner of the plot told us that he believes the works will take min 18 months to complete. He also said that they will try to keep the disturbance during the summer months to minimum. However, we have no way guaranteeing this and hence we want our guests to be aware of the situation, and we will not accept complaints/refund claims due to it.l
Other things to note
On arrival we will collect council Tourist Tax from any guest 13 years or older at 2€/person/night for max 7 nights.
During low season November to March the Tax is 1€/person/night.
OBS. There is an empty plot next to the villa and we have been told that there may be works starting on it this spring (2025). The owner of the plot has assured us that disturbance to the guests during the summer months will be kept to the minimum. However, we want our guests to be aware of the situation as we will not accept complaints/refund claims due to it.
