The kitchen delivers more than beach-bar basics. The grilled squid draws genuine raves, the salads and cocktails do their summer jobs admirably, and the homemade chocolate cake has quietly become a reason of its own to visit. Visitors return year after year and mention the same thing first: the staff — fabulous, welcoming, attentive without hovering, generous with recommendations.
