a week agoIt was my first time at The Shack. We, 3 families with a total of 10 people, were there for early dinner. We ordered several times some drinks/food but out of 10 times, 5 times the order was either forgotten and we had to reorder. At the end, it was just before 21h00, a waiter almost kicked us out, to leave the place. This in a manner that is just not acceptable. It was my first and for sure my last time in this place!

a week agoRaquel is one of the worst hostesses ever. We called in de morning to reserve a table. And they said that they do not reserve, we came to eat lunch and we saw 5 tables that were reserved…… there were also places free and they did not let us sit there. Horrible experience Raquel I hope you get fired for your terrible customer service, and your lies

a week agoRaquel was a horrible hostess, first of all we called in the morning. They told us there are no reservations applicable. Afterwards we arrived, waited in line only to see 5 tables reserved. Telling us we are supposed to enter ‘Lista de espera’. Pq um disrespeito e grossura que agente te viu com a Raquell não e merecido.
