a week agoWhen we were in Albufeira last year, this restaurant was still being renovated so we were excited to see it open and looking lovely so we booked a table for this evening 15/07/26 feeling confident after reading the reviews. Well, what a disappointment! There was no friendly greeting from the staff, we walked around looking to see who to speak to about our table booking. The waiter who served us was the most unfriendly, unsmiling person! The menu is vast and quite confusing for first timers and nobody came and explained to us that we could add side dishes etc in fact there was no help whatsoever when ordering. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this restaurant.

a week agoFui 2x ao restaurante a comida é boa a localização é ótima, dois dos funcionários que parecem asiáticos são muito simpáticos especialmente a senhora, porém o rapaz português as duas vezes que fomos, nos atendeu sendo sarcástico e arrogante, nao nos cumprimentou quando foi tirar o pedido, na saida a mesma coisa quando passamos por ele pela porta e quando fizemos pergunta do Menu nos respondia com sarcarmos e arrogancia.Nao sei se a empresa sabe que ele é assim, se sabem entendo que é difícil encontrar staff e em certos momentos temos que aturar pessoas assim. Mas damos 5 estrela, pois se nao fosse por ele todo o resto foi ótimo.
