Nothing compares to the views from the top floor lounge at villa Ocean Blue! Gaze out of the window from the comfort of your own home at Martinhal beach, the Sagres Cliffs, the Atlantic Ocean and Natural park. Villa Ocean Blue is modern and tastefully finished, equipped with all of your creature comforts.
Not only does Ocean Blue have some of the most incredible panoramic views, surrounding the property are beautifully landscaped gardens. The patio area meets the heated swimming pool with great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Natural Park. The heated swimming pool is equipped with an electric cover and a removable child safety pool fence. There are two BBQs (one gas and one charcoal) and huge first-floor roof terraces for sitting, outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The villa is set up to accommodate 10 people with an additional 2 children under 12, with 4 spacious bedrooms and another huge children´s entertainment room. The children´s room is another great family-friendly feature of this home as it includes a tennis table, sofas, beanbags, games and a smart TV. It is the perfect place for your kids to chill out and enjoy themselves. There are also four movable beds that can be used in any of the rooms.
3 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, a family shower room, and an additional WC.
The size and layout of this villa is perfect for 2 or 3 families to share. We can host up to 10 adults + 2 children under 12.

➤ We usually welcome families with children or responsible adults because the property is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we have huge respect for our neighbours. Our license dictates that we can host up to 10 adults + 2 children under 12 max.
➤ Parties and other disturbances are not accepted.

➤ smoking is not allowed, parties are not allowed
➤ Swimming pool can be heated at a surcharge of 30-37,25 euros per night depending on the season. Please let us know about this before your arrival.
➤ Check-in time: 4 – 9pm (late arrival fee after 9pm is 50€)
➤ Check-out time: before 10am
SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival we shall send to you a link to our SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is mandatory requirement.
