First floor: Spacious open plan living room with lounge area, 8p dining table. Fully equipped open kitchen with bar and modern appliances, one separate toilet. Balcony with 8-person dining table & lounge set, ocean view. 2nd balcony with charcoal grill next to the kitchen.
Second floor: 1 master bedroom with a king-size luxury bed (180×200) and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. Ocean view & private balcony. 1 twin bedroom with 2 90×200 luxury box spring beds that can be pushed together 1 separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
Top floor: Roof terrace with spectacular views over Meia Praia and BBQ with sitting area and a table for 8.
Guest access: The villa is all yours during your stay! Privacy and space. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 balconies. Private pool for guest use. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and television. Linen and towels are provided.
Beach access is 250m from the property.
