Guest access
Guests have full use of the townhouse and private terrace during their stay, along with access to the communal gated pool complex (open April–mid September). A blue fob is provided for entry to the pool area.
If a fob is lost, a replacement fee will apply. Please note the pool is shared and managed by the local condominium, and we cover the access costs for our guests to enjoy it each summer.
Other things to note
Parking is available in the townhouse complex’s surrounding car parks. They are free and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that the property spans four floors, featuring several internal staircases. Guests with young children or limited mobility are advised to exercise caution when using the stairs, since the property is spread across multiple levels.
We want everyone to enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, so please be mindful of your own and your children’s safety during your visit, as we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents.
We provide a travel cot and a high chair for guests travelling with an infant. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure these items are included in the property. Any additional cots or highchairs required will incur an extra cost to guests.
We provide pool towels for guest use.
In accordance with local regulations in the Loulé municipality (which includes Quarteira), a small tourist tax applies to all guests aged 16 and above. It’s €2 per person, per night between April and October (or €1 per person, per night from November to March), up to a maximum of 5 nights.
As Airbnb doesn’t collect this tax automatically in our area, we must collect it from you via a separate money request prior to your arrival.
