The space
The villa is a rare and tranquil piece. It was newly restored in contemporary style yet retains its 70s charm. The heated pool, the roof top outlook patio, the garden, as well as the interiors were nicely designed to invite guests for a luxury and sustainable Algarve lifestyle experience.
It has beautiful St. Caterina floor tiles and arch featured terrace all through the house. Main living spaces including the living room, dining room, four bedrooms, terrace and balcony are all south faced, with a private lush garden and pool view, and a partial sea view on the upper floor. Its roof top patio has stunning sunset and sea views. The house is kid-friendly with a gated garden. Four parking spots are always available to the clients.
The villa has a full kitchen with a bar area. The living room has 65 inches TV and sound bar system, and a full-size pool table. An Italian Piazzetta ceramic pellet fireplace and ducting system are installed in the living, dining area and all bedrooms.
Both indoor and outdoor areas are set for dining spaces, with two charcoal BBQ stoves available, one Weber, one Algarve brick stove, which is for grilling sardines particularly.
All four bedrooms are installed with double-glazed glass doors to balconies or terraces and with retractable bug screens. Traditional Algarve green metal shutters were kept to help block the heat in the summer and serve as a curtain for privacy.
The first bedroom on the ground floor is in the Bauhaus tradition, with an Art Deco backdrop.
Among the four bedrooms, three are ensuites and one is with a separate washroom. A massage shower was installed in that washroom. All washrooms are installed with heated towel racks, walk-in showers or bath and shower hybrid.
The Garden & Pool
The garden & pool are exclusive to the clients during their stay. By the poolside, there are lounge chairs and day bed. There are pool inflation toys and outdoor ping-pong table for entertaining.
The garden is lighted by solar lights at night.
A beautiful Igloo wood fire sauna from Lithuania was tailored for this property. The sauna opens seasonally (Nov to Apr, or by request), with extra fee 150 euro per 7 days stay or shorter.
Laundry
There is free laundry, with washing machine in this house.
Guest access
The whole villa, the garden, the roof top patio and the pool are exclusive to the clients during their stay. The courtyard is a shared space, where 4 parking spots are reserved for clients.

The charcoal to the BBQ is provided as courtesy.
The sauna opens in Nov. to April or by guest request. However, during July to Aug., the sauna is not provided due to prevention of fire hassle regulations in Algarve.
A pool heating fee applies, euro 250 per 7 days stay or shorter;
A sauna usage fee applies, euro 150 per 7 days stay or shorter.
Both can be paid by cash during check in.
