Villa Avallon is a magnificient , brand new 4 bedroom villa with wonderful sea views, for a maximum of 10 people , located in a residential area on the outskirts of Quinta do lago and Vale do Lobo near the beaches.

The decor is done in soft pastel colours with a tuscan decor combined with hints of beach details.
All the rooms are overlooking the pool area with wonderful sea views!
Villa Avallon has so many private outside relaxing areas in the property with table and chairs that not all have pictures leaving you with some mystery until your arrival.
The property is huge and full of activities for the whole family and friends!
It is very secluded with a an automatic gate which secures your privacy!
5 cars can easily be parked inside the property or in the garage.
Being built on a higher level , this villa gives you so many sea views from any part of the property.
First floor:
On the first floor, only exists a wonderfully decorated en suite Master bedroom with his & hers walking in closet and dressing room + TV.
the bathroom has his & hers basin, separate shower and a modern bathtub overlooking the pool area.
The master bedroom has an enormous terrace with a sitting area accessed through big french doors and again , overlooking the pools and sea views with a private access to the patio and pool area making the Master bedroom very private and accessible without going through the whole villa.

1 ensuite bedroom ( the picture of bunkbeds) will have a double bed, 1.60/2.00mts + 2 single beds with private bathroom + TV. Perfect for a family with kids or just simply great for 4 people.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has everything you can need! Fully equipped!
2 fridges , a big falcon station and induction stove, a SMEG toaster and coffee machine , a Haeger air fryer, kettle and micro wave and much more.
The laundry room has 2 Miele washing machines and 2 Miele dryers + iron + ironing board and drying rack.
The living room and dinning room are complete with high quality furniture, big TV screen, big U shaped sofa, dining table and chairs, reading corner and a lot of details.
All have access to the enormous patio, pool and other relaxation areas.
Outside Patio:
This enormous area includes an outside kitchen , fully equipped with kitchen sink, dishwasher, a BeefEater stove, burner and BBQ , 2 double door fridges, ice maker and an Alfa pizza oven.
Electric blinds in the outside kitchen exits for those windy nights!
A big dining table and chairs are not to forgotten.
Pools:
2 enormous pools with sunbeds and shade for everyone.
The pools are 10mt x 5 mts and with a depth of 2.1 mts ( deep end) gradually , with steps. The bottom pool is for small children as the depth is very low.
The pools can be heated for an extra cost.
Outside Pool bar:
The bar is located in another relaxing area by the pool.
A lot of seating area with table, chairs and an outside firepitt.
The bar is fully equipped with sink, dishwasher, ice maker and 2 double door fridges.
Sauna:
A very creative outside looking sauna! It’s big, spacious and divided into 2 zones.
Well & vegetable garden:
Nothing like having a wondeful vegetable garden and a well to add to your activities while your stay.
Football pitch & tennis or Padel court:
Wonderfully built in the property , activities for the whole family and friends.
Annex:
This annex , located near the football pitch and great for another relaxing and private area if needed.

Other things to note
Portugal´s goverment has set a new law since end of May of this year regarding a tourism tax for all the tourists coming into the country. This tax was not included in your reservation because there is no way to include the tax because of It’s specifications. The tax is only required to be paid by all tourists with the age of 13 years and older until maximum of 1 week .
It´s a total of 2€ per person per day UNTIL 1 week.
Children under 13 years old do not pay the tax. Children until 13 years old DO NOT PAY.
This payment is required when you arrive.
