in the last weekOs hambúrguers são bons, mas as batatas tinham muito sal. Serviço super impessoal, pagar diretamente no pedido através pelo QR Code disponível através do telemóvel. [Ou fazer e pedir e pagar o pedido logo na caixa antes de comer]. Não tem um ambiente muito simpático. Pena porque os hambúrguers até são bons.

a week agoServiço dececionante. Antes de me deslocar ao restaurante, liguei para confirmar se era permitida a entrada de um cão de pequeno porte na zona do rooftop. Foi-me informado que sim. Ao chegar ao restaurante, voltei a confirmar essa informação na entrada e, mais uma vez, foi-me dito que podia subir para o rooftop com o meu cão. No entanto, quando já me preparava para me sentar, fui informado de que afinal não era permitido. Esta situação demonstra uma clara falta de comunicação e de coerência entre os colaboradores. É incompreensível receber informações contraditórias, sobretudo tratando-se de um espaço ao ar livre. Devido a esta desorganização, perdi tempo desnecessariamente e acabei por jantar noutro restaurante. Infelizmente, esta experiência deixou uma má impressão e, por esse motivo, não tenciono voltar nem recomendar o estabelecimento.
