Very quiet space in a residential area, ideal for active people and families. The location is phenomenal.

On this floor, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen, including oven and stove (electric), 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine and TV, Barbecue and ample outdoor space, namely: swimming pool, ping-pong table pong, tennis courts, pitch and putt, swing, trampoline and parking.

Just a 15 minute walk or a short road train ride to the famous Vilamoura Marina, with its fabulous bars and restaurants. Many sports and leisure facilities await you. Stunning blue flag beaches, water parks, golf courses, tennis, mini golf… there’s always plenty to do!
Also within walking distance of an ancient local village where you will find restaurants and bars, along with a local market.
The house is managed by me, Fábio, and my wife Ivone. It is with us that you will always talk about something related to the house or some of the extra services we have at your disposal. It is possible to heat the outdoor pool to 27ºC.

Train station: 10 minutes by car
Bus station: 10 minutes on foot
For more than 16 people, an extra charge per person/night is required.
A breaking deposit is required.
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive a booking form with the House Rules:
– We require a security deposit of €1000 or £1000 to cover breakages, loss, damage or misuse of the property, its contents, fixtures, fittings and equipment. We reserve the right to request this security deposit at any stage up to and including arrival at the property. Failure to pay the security deposit upon request will result in your booking being treated as cancelled by you;
– Events and/or parties are not permitted at the property;
– Smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes are not permitted inside the house, particularly in the bedrooms;
– Quiet hours (11pm-8am) must be respected;
– Check-in (4pm) and check-out (10am) times;
– Guests who are not registered at check-in are not permitted.
Guest access
During the check in we will make a small tour thought the villa.
Other things to note
When confirming your reservation, you will receive the “booking form” with the House Rules:
– We ask for a deposit of €1000 or £1000, to cover breakages, loss, damage or abuse of the property, its contents, accessories, accessories and equipment. We reserve the right to request this deposit at any stage up to and including arrival at the property. Failure to pay the security deposit upon request will result in your booking being treated as canceled by you;
– Events, Parties are not allowed on the property;
– Smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside the house, namely in the bedrooms;
– The hours of silence (23h-08h) must be respected;
– Check-in (4 pm) and check-out (10 am) hours;
– It is not allowed to add guests who are not registered at check in
