The space
5 bedrooms with French doors. (including 3 suites) 3 bedrooms open to the garden, 1 bedroom opens to the large terrace and the 5th bedroom as well as the rowed bedroom opens onto a small patio. To get there you have to go down a few stairs next to the living room. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. (5 bathrooms including 4 with windows) (+ a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, desk and TV + toilet sink)

Rooftop/rooftop (alfresco), where you can access from the garden by an outside staircase inserted into the architecture of the house, with partially equipped kitchen + plancha, a bar, sofa living room, armchairs and side tables, large dining room table and 2mx2m raised bed. It can also be accessed through the Masterbedroom.
Paved entrance courtyard where you enter through a gantry equipped with remote control gates, which can accommodate about ten cars.
Considering that the house can accommodate 5 couples or (10 adults) with 2 children + 1 or 2 infants to each room is assigned a set of keys to the accesses of the house as well as a remote control of the gate, allowing everyone to come and go as they please.
Access, house, garden and pool were completely renovated during the first half of 2015. Every year we bring the necessary maintenance, as well as modifications and improvements for a house that is always beautiful and comfortable. Heated saltwater pool with automatic blanket

Other things to note
The Vila Marine does not have air conditioning — a voluntary choice, perfectly suited to the climate of the Algarve.
The immediate proximity to the ocean allows you to enjoy the sea breeze, very pleasant during the day and in the evening, reinforced by optimal natural ventilation.
The large bay windows open onto the garden, pool and sea view, creating a perfect continuity between indoor and outdoor. Light, air and marine landscapes accompany every moment of the day.
Fans are available in the bedrooms to ensure optimal comfort during warmer days.
