Both Beatriz and Rodrigo, who assisted me with the process, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They did all the legwork of finding flights, adjusting and researching flight times to suit our somewhat remote departure city to get us the best connections possibly, and tailoring the itinerary in Portugal exactly to our wishes. They responded promptly and clearly to our questions. We found it well worthwhile using the services of Portugal Getaways and are looking forward to our trip!

We have purchased packages 5 times now, and they are always able to include our requests (add day tours offered by other companies, include a car rental, and extend our flights so we can travel on our own and choose our own accommodations). The agents are available and willing to help through WhatsApp, email and phone, and they are adding other destinations outside Portugal and the Azores. Our next trip with them is to Malta! We find their pricing reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

4 weeks agoWe just returned from a 30 day stay in Albufeira, Portugal. Portugal Getaways arranged everything in advance. The apartment/hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing for our needs. The car was an added bonus. Every communication we had with Portugal Getaways was answered immediately with efficiency. The only thing we did on our own was upgrade the seats on TAP by contacting them directly. I highly recommend Portugal Getaways for a stress free vacation with on the ground support.
