in the last weekWe had a terrible experience after driving an hour to their pick up spot at McDonald's, (arriving 15 minutes before their scheduled pick up time of 9:00.). This pick up time was sent to us in a confirmation from Viator booking agent. We found out after we arrived that they changed their pick up time to 8:30. We called at 9:05 and spoke to someone that had poor English and they could not or would not help us. We later asked for a refund or a different day but they refused both. Needless to say this kind of customer service is not acceptable for a company trying to provide an enjoyable vacation experience.

Ricardo, our guide, was excellent at interacting with us, even though we spoke limited English, and he told us a lot about the places he showed us. It was a wonderful tour, I highly recommend it.
