Era Mar originated from a project to rehabilitate an old, typical Algarve house, conceived and designed by the host.
The house’s layout was maintained, but the spaces were redesigned to make it more comfortable, practical and functional.
The space’s decor was inspired by regional tradition and sustainability. The colors used in the decoration are reminiscent of the sea and the estuary, the rocky beaches and the fine sand, the sunrise and sunset of the hot summer days.
The space
The Era Mar building was fully rehabilitated using sustainable equipment, noble and durable materials, with all the comfort and quality of the finishes. Everything was thought out in detail to make your stay memorable.
Located in the prime area of the city, located in the downtown area of the city, in a quiet and accessible street. A few meters away is the marina, the boat pier, the transport and the old area of the city. On foot will have access to the best restaurants in the city and the nightlife zone.
Apartamento Era Mar Air, located on the first floor, is a modern and relaxed triplex. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment to provide a comfortable stay.
The apartment entrance gives access to a living room and kitchen in open space.
A sofa that allows it to be transformed into a bed to accommodate two more guests, air conditioning, a fantastic dining table, a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, in addition to other equipment such as Smart TV and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen gives access to a small terrace equipped with table and chairs.
A flight of stairs in the living room area, gives access to the second floor. Two bedrooms, each with wardrobe, double bed, mattress and high quality antiallergic pillows, work desk and chair. In addition to Wi-Fi internet, there is an ethernet connection (via network cable), which allows you to have internet with a speed of 1000 Mbps.
A bathroom with shower base, ceiling shower and plenty of storage, high-quality cotton towels made in Portugal, hygiene products produced in Portugal and made available in a conscious and sustainable way.
On the floor of the rooms there is a flight of stairs that takes us to a small laundry (washing machine, detergent, softener, extension and springs are available). This area allows access to a fantastic terrace with two leisure areas, dining table, sofas, lounge chairs, overshadowing pergola and shower.
Access to the building and to the Era Mar Air apartment is made through an electronic lock, with a personal and non-transferable code.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as all the equipment that is available. We ask that you treat the apartment as if it were your own.
Other things to note
For legal reasons, guests will need to complete a form with their personal data, such as name, nationality, date of birth, and ID card or passport number. This data is mandatory for the Foreigners and Border Service.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The municipal tourist tax applied by the Municipality of Faro is €2.00/night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
