in the last week⭐ Disappointing experience — read this before booking! We were only 10 minutes late because a large van was blocking a very narrow road and we couldn’t overtake. We called and messaged several times. Sam was genuinely friendly and understanding and told us we could join the next activity. Unfortunately, the staff member at the office was extremely rude and refused to let us join unless we paid an additional €20 cash for the 2 PM session. What’s frustrating is that the 2 PM activity didn’t even start until 2:30 PM due to their own operational delay. So we were charged €20 for being 10 minutes late, while they were 30 minutes late without any consideration. Also, our initial time was 10 am so we had to wait for another 4 hours for the next one. Also, be aware that you cannot get out or land inside Benagil Cave to take pictures. You only kayak inside, stay for a few minutes, and return due to govt restriction after 2024. We figured out later searching olnine. This should be clearly stated in the booking description but they have mentioned old pictures. The kayaking itself was enjoyable, but the rude customer service, unexpected €20 charge and lack of clear information really spoiled the experience. Think twice before booking.
