2 weeks agoWe had done a 1.5 hour 4x4 buggy trip with another company last year. looking back it was a bit boring with just mild dirt roads etc but this could be due to the short 1.5 hours. This year I read all the reviews and we decided on a longer 3 hour 4x4 trip with Algarve Adventures. The difference was brilliant! There were very little main roads, all offroad tracks and I mean proper offroad tracks, I have no idea how those buggies can climb / decend some of those trails and the adrenaline we felt was unforgettable. There were numerious river crossings and we even stopped at a secluded lake for a swim. I would most certainly recommend this 3 hour trip it was exactly what you imagine when you think of offroad 4x4 buggys.

3 weeks agoFantastic ride! The vehicles are easy to drive and the instructors are attentive; time flies! Just a heads-up: bring a change of clothes if you have other plans, otherwise, a nice shower will be in order when you get back.

4 weeks agoWe had a fantastic quad bike tour and would definitely recommend it! The route was varied and a lot of fun. A tip for everyone: Be sure to bring a change of clothes, including shoes and socks, because at one point you drive through water and get quite dirty. It's absolutely worth it though – the guide even films you there, which is a great souvenir. You also have the option of switching drivers once during the tour. You just need to let them know in advance. Organizationally, everything worked perfectly, and the tour was really enjoyable. One minor point of criticism was that we initially received the wrong address and therefore had to drive about five minutes further. However, when we arrived about 30 minutes before the tour started, everyone was already ready to go. After checking in, we set off immediately, so there was no time to use the restroom or anything like that beforehand. While this was a bit inconvenient, it wasn't a big deal. All in all, it was a successful tour with lots of fun and a great guide. We would do it again anytime!
