Vila Mimosa House is a beautiful house with a cozy renovated private pool in one of the most attractive areas in Algarve, Albufeira.
The house is located only 3 minutes walk from a small shopping center and local bus stop, 15 minutes walk to old town & beaches.

Vila Mimosa is situated in a residential area, very quiet and stunning views of the Albufeira Marina, sea and mountains.
The house is at the level of the first floor and has access by wide exterior stairs, as shown in the photo.
It is an ideal home for people looking for rest, relax, tranquility, golf lovers and sun on vacation, but find the lively nightlife in Marina, just a few minutes walk, or in well-known cosmopolitan old town.
Vila Mimosa has 4 bedrooms for rent, 2 double and 2 twins.
The ” Orchid ” twin bedroom shares the bathroom and the amazing terrace with the ” Iris ” twin bedroom.
The Orchid twin room has 2 single beds and an excellent wardrobe with mirror and hangers.
The spacious bathroom has a bath, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The spacious entrance, hallway, dining room, lounge with comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite tv, internet, Wi-Fi available, door to the wonderful view from the terrace, are shared by all guests.
A large and well equipped rustic kitchen with fireplace, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, and all the necessary equipment to prepare your breakfast or some quick snack, it is also shared with all guests.
Vila Mimosa House has a beautiful and cozy renovated swimming pool with sunbeds and parasol to relax and enjoy a drink while enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Barbecue and dining area for pleasant socializing.
The home owner lives on ground floor, with a completely separate entrance.
Free parking space available on the street in front of the house.
Villa Mimosa House can accommodate up to 9 people.

Ana is the new property manager starting 5 years ago, having redecorated the Vila Mimosa House.
