The space
Have you ever played golf with a sea view? Come and enjoy playing golf with your family or colleagues and a view of the Atlantic Ocean that will make your stay memorable. Other activities that can be done in the garden area include table tennis, volleyball, swimming or just reading a book under the sunshade. Anything else? You’ve got 2200 sqm all for yourself, that’s half the size of a football field!

Guest access
Bicycle rentals: 20€ per day, or 100€ per week per bike.
Guests have full access to the entire home, private garden, and pool, as well as the Alto Golf driving range (available for a fee). In front of the villa, there’s a small golf course and a tennis court that guests can use for free. Please note that we do not own the tennis court, so its availability is not guaranteed, and usage is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur while playing. Fresh towels will be provided for guests.
Other things to note
Maximum capacity: 8 persons excluding 2 babies. Please let me know if extra guests are coming. You can add extra guests up to 1 day before arrival for 50€ per person per night.

Cleaning:
In order to make your stay as safe as possible, before and every booking we clean and disinfect the entire villa including all the surfaces.
For short-term bookings, heating and weekly cleaning are included.
*Our master chef can delight you with culinary food such as fresh fish, vegan or vegetarian food. The price depends on the number of meals per day and the menu. Shopping and cleaning are included.
Furthermore, we provide 1 extra bed or 1 crib on request, for an extra charge of 75€ each.

For discounted long-term stays, side costs are not included, normally around 1200 Euro a month, depending on your consumption.
Side costs to be paid include (only for monthly, discounted stays):
– Water, electricity, gardener & pool cleaning, cleaning, internet
For long bookings: A security deposit of 1000€ will be collected before arrival and returned if guests don’t damage or break anything.
The golf court in front of the villa is free of charge (excluding equipment), however, the bigger driving range which is only a few steps away is only available for a fee. The equipment can be rented at Alto Golf Club.
*From September to June, pool heating costs between 100-200€ per week, depending on the outdoor temperature. Pool heating is included in the price for short-term summer bookings (July-August).
Parties are forbidden.
If we do not have bookings on the same day, the check-in & check-out time is flexible.
Dogs are allowed for a deposit of 500€. If there are no permanent damages (such as broken furniture or dog poop on furniture), this is 100% refundable. If you have any other pets please let me know in advance.
TOURIST TAX:
After the reservation is confirmed, the value of the Tourist Fee provided for in Notice No. 5384/2024/2 will be charged which entered into force on March 14, 2024.
The fee is charged per person/overnight, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay.
The fee applies to guests aged 13 and over, and is applied throughout the year according to the stipulated values:
– €1 per overnight stay and per person up to a maximum of 7 nights in a row/person stay, between November 1 and March 31 – low season.
– €2 per overnight stay and per person up to a maximum of 7 nights in a row/person , between April 1 and October 31 – high season.
This fee does not apply to guests whose stay is motivated by medical treatment, extending to a companion, provided that a document proving the appointment/provision of medical services or equivalent document is presented; guests with an inability equal to or greater than 60%, provided that they present a document proving the condition; guests who are housed due to a declaration of social emergency or Civil Protection and also stays resulting from commercial offers or pastimes developed by the tourist development or local accommodation establishment.
