The space

On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool.
The living room with the kitchen in “open space” style with a peninsule was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Flat screen TV with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffi). The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs.

There is also 1 bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower, air conditioning.

Surrounding the villa are a large salt water swimming pool (13m x 4m) with 140cm depth and acess by roman steps with monitor water quality, poolside shower, deck floor, 8 sun loungers and large sun umbrella. Outside Jacuzzi included.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL with additional cost 360 euros per week.
