The space
It has a very clean bathroom with a shower totally different from the ones you will find in Airbnb, kitchen and bed room in open space concept. There is also a balcony with a table and two chairs.
There is air conditioning, smart tv, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, cable tv with Portuguese and foreign channels in both floors.
All the necessary facilities you need for some truly relaxing vacations.
Other things to note
It is on a second floor. The building does not have lift.
Only one step away from all the main points of the city:
• Two minutes away from Rail Road Station;
• Five minutes away from the Bus Station, Jardim da Alameda, Avenida 5 de outubro e Rua de Santo António;
• Fifteen minutes away from Mercado Municipal, Sé (Faro Cathedral), historic old town center and Ferry (where you can catch the boat for barrier islands).
Upon check-in, we will have to charge Faro municipal tourist tax. It serves to contribute to the implementation of public actions necessary for the consolidation of Faro as an attractive, sustainable and acessible tourist destination.
Between March 1st and October 31st the municipal tourist tax is €2 (two euros) per person and night;
Between November 1st and the last day of February of the following year, the value of the municipal tourist tax is €1 (one euro), per person and night.
