The space
The villa is located in the old historic center of Albufeira, with a stunning 180° view over the ocean.
You have exclusive access to your own private swimming pool facing the ocean.
You have the option to have the pool heated, FOR THE WHOLE STAY ONLY, for an extra 50€ per night. The temperature once heated is about 30° celsius.
Everything you need during your stay is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, hairdressers, drugstores etc.. less than 100 meters away.
Access to the Penedo beach is a 5-minute walk.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey typical Algarvian villa.
The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments.
1st floor (street level) is the common entry of the villa.
On the 3rd floor is another apartment i am renting.
Both apartments are completely independent, you just share the street entry and the outside laundry room.
Easy and free parking is available all year round around the house.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole 2nd floor, including the swimming pool, terrace, garden and laundry room.
