The space
The apartment is located near the old historic center of Albufeira, with a stunning 180° view over the ocean and a wonderful private swimming pool overlooking the ocean on a stylish and spacious wooden deck terrace.
Everything you need during your stay is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, hairdressers, drugstores etc.. less than 100 meters away.
Access to the Penedo beach is a 5-minute walk.
You have exclusive access to your own private swimming pool.
The swimming pool can be heated up to 30-32°c for an extra fee of 50€ per night, ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE WHOLE STAY, not “à la carte”. Please advise 48h before your arrival date that you would like the pool to be heated.
It is on the 3rd (and last) floor of a 3 storey typical Algarvian villa.
The villa is divided in 2 independent apartments.
1st floor (street level) is the common entry of the villa.
On the 2nd floor is another apartment i am renting.
Both apartments are completely independent, you just share the street entrance and the outside laundry room.
Easy and free parking is available all year round around the house.
Guest access
Guests have access to the 3rd floor apartment and terraces, with private swimming pool, as well as the laundry room located on the 2nd floor under the stairs.
