Two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the center of Carvoeiro, on the third floor with elevator. Sleeps 4, has kitchen, washer/dryer combo, dining room, lounge w/large screen TV with Netflix & Amazon. Both bedrooms can be made up with either (1) king OR 2 single beds, access to balcony, ceiling fans & large closets. Master is en-suite, second bathroom is in hall. WiFi, portable baby crib & table high chair is provided. Private balcony. Private parking in building. 4 minute walk to the beach
The space
Apartment has A/C & heat in both bedrooms & in living room. The beds can be configured to your group preference. You can either choose to have two single beds in each room OR one king bed in each room. Desk in lounge area for your laptop. All towels & linens are provided, plus beach towels and beach chairs are provided for each guest. Guests stays over 14 days receive one complementary cleaning. If additional cleaning is needed, this can be scheduled and paid directly to the property manager. Four minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops are minutes from the apartment. Faro airport is the nearest airport and is 40 minutes away. If guests need shuttle from airport, owner can provide contact information so guests can book.
Guest access
Guests will receive access instructions prior to their arrival. Apartment is located in a secure apartment building with an elevator. Guests will also have access to one private parking space in the parking garage. Additional parking both free and paid parking can be found on the street if needed.
Other things to note
Check-in time is anytime after 3p.m. Check-out time is 11a.m. sharp. If checking in after 9p.m., please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise level to a minimum. No pets are allowed in the apartment. No smoking in the apartment, patio, floor hallway or lobby area.
