Accommodation with free parking on the street, with its own entrance, is about 400 meters from “Praia do Forte São João” (down to the beach next to Monica Isabel Beach Club), 1 km from “Praia do Pescadores” (Miradouro do Pau da Bandeira) and downtown Albufeira. Cafeterias, mini and super markets, convenience stores, restaurants with accessible tourist menus, bars, pharmacies, bakeries, souvenirs, beauty salons, ATMs, ATMs and others, are just a 10-minute walk away.
The space
This magnificent suite is self-contained, has its own entrance and personal contact will only occur with the host at check-in and check-out. It has optical fiber TV, WiFi, portable standing fan and also ceiling fan, portable electric heater, “Dolce Gusto” coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, basic utensils (2 glasses, 2 dinner forks, 2 dinner knives and 2 tablespoons, 2 dessert forks, 2 dessert knives, 2 teaspoons, 2 dinner plates, 2 dessert plates, 2 bowls for cereal or soups, 2 mugs, 2 wine glasses and wine opener), table lamp, portable drying rack, Table with two chairs for lunch, snack/study or work, free parking spaces along the street and garbage bins on the same street.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT: SMOKERS, PETS, GUESTS, PARTIES, EVENTS AND NOT EXTRA GUESTS OTHER THAN THE TWO WHO ARE PRESENT AT CHECK-IN.
THE RULES OF THE LAW OF SILENCE MUST BE STRICTLY RESPECTED, UNDER PENALTY OF REPRIMAND AND FINANCIAL PENALTY IN THE ACT.
Guest access
Hosts will greet you at check-in. The suite, as already said, is independent, has its own entrance and no access to other areas of the apartment.
During your stay
We will be waiting for you to check-in and ready to help you with all the information you need for the most pleasant and unforgettable stay in our city.
Other things to note
Exclusive boiler (hot water) for the en-suite bathroom.
The two single beds can be pushed together for a couple, and all bedding is single. In case guests wish to be bed together, they must request it in advance when booking the suite.
Total privacy and independence.
Suite cleaning is included and will be done before each check-in and after each guest checks out. For the maintenance of the space, we provide cleaning equipment that can be used by the guest whenever necessary.
Bed and bath linen will be changed after every 7 nights (i.e. on the eighth day).
It is strictly forbidden to use white towels for the beach. We offer towels for use on the beach. None of the white towels can be taken out of the suite as they are exclusive for the bath and face.
It is not allowed to hang or hang clothes and/or towels on the window grille out of the suite. For this purpuse, a small floor drying rack is available. However, we drau attention because the hanging pieces cannot pour water on the floor because the floor cannot receive water under any circumstance.
Garbage must be placed in closed disposable garbage bags and thrown into the (green) garbage bin located on the street in front of number 66. There can be no accumulation of garbage inside the suite and all remaining garbage must be removed before check-out by the guest himself.
IMPORTANT: Check-in can only be done upon presentation of the (original) identification documents of each guest upon arrival, regardless of the nationality and age of the guest.
The guest who made the reservation must be one of the guests occupying the suite and must be present at check-in.
According to Portuguese legislation and this platform, if these rules are not complied with by guests, check-in will not take place.
