Vila Mimosa House has excellent location, great views over the Albufeira Marina, sea and mountains, in a quiet area with good acess to the old town center, marina & beaches.
Vila Mimosa House is a beautiful traditional & rustic house with a cozy renovated private pool in one of the most attractive areas in Algarve, Albufeira. The house is located only 3 min walk from a small shopping center & local bus stop, 15 min walk to Old Town and “Peneco” beach.
The space

Vila Mimosa is a rustic house with 5 bedrooms, in a prime and quiet area of Albufeira with stunning views of the Albufeira Marina, mountains and sea.
Maintaining the features of its construction in the 80s, this winter we did new plumbing and renovated all the bathrooms, changing to PVC windows with thermal and acoustic insulation.
The house is at the level of the first floor and has access by wide exterior stairs, as you can see in the photos.
It is an ideal home for people looking for rest, relax, tranquility, golf lovers and sun on vacation, but find the lively nightlife in Marina, just a few minutes walk, or in well-known cosmopolitan old town.
The ” Jasmine ” double bedroom en suite with a new PVC door (with acoustic and thermal insulation) providing access to the small terrace over the pool and marina & sea view.
The “Jasmine” double bedroom, has double bed, chest of drawers and 2 armchairs for reading/relaxing. The wardrobe with mirror and hangers is in the entrance hall to the bedroom.
The bathroom is fully renovated, with shower, vanity unit with sink and toilet, and a new PVC window.
The spacious entrance, hallway, dining room, lounge with comfortable sofas, fireplace, satellite tv, internet, Wi-Fi available, door to the wonderful view from the terrace, are shared by all guests.
A large and well equipped rustic kitchen with fireplace, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, and all the necessary equipment to prepare your breakfast or some snack, it is also shared with all guests.
Vila Mimosa House has a beautiful and cozy swimming pool with sunbeds and parasol to relax and enjoy a drink while enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Barbecue and dining area for pleasant socializing, both are shared with all guests.
The home owner lives on ground floor, with a completely separate entrance.
Free parking space available on the street in front of the house.
Villa Mimosa House can accommodate up to 10 people.
Guest access
Easy acess to the house through wide exterior stairs.
All guests have access to the lounge, dining room and terrace, kitchen, hallway and the outside pool area and outdoor dining and leisure area.
All common areas are shared by all guests.

Ana is the new property manager starting 7 years ago, having redecorated the Vila Mimosa House.
I am available anytime by phone/message/email.
I will give you all the information, details and directions to all the guests before the trip and all the necessary support throughout your stay.
