NEW – Casa da Praia is located in the quiet residential complex Baiona in Porches. The townhouse is spread over 2 floors. It is about 500 m to the beautiful swimming bay Praia dos Beijinhost.
The space
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The vacation home has satellite TV (all German channels), MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, series and movies partly in English original language), Netflix and Internet.
On the ground floor of Casa da Praia there is a large living room with a dining area and a large balcony. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for a maximum of 1 child. The modern kitchen is very well equipped. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From both bedrooms you can access the balcony directly. The balcony is equipped with sun loungers. In the bedroom with the 2 single beds, there is the possibility to pull out a bed so that a child can sleep in between.
Furthermore, the pool area is available for free.
We will be happy to provide you with a baby cot and high chair free of charge on request
The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pêra, as well as the pedestrian zone and the beach promenade can be reached in 2 minutes by car. There you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Casa da Praia is suitable for max. Suitable for 4 adults and 1 child.
Other things to note
We are available to help you at any time during your vacation (restaurants, destinations, doctors and much more) and also help you with a rental car or pick-up from the airport. We also hand over the apartment to you personally. In emergencies, we are available 24 hours a day.
We emigrated from Austria to the Algarve in 2011. Since our own vacation apartment Felipe in Club Nautilus was always very well occupied, we founded our rental agency Sonhos de Ferias in 2015.
