The house has a very privileged location. A 3-minute walk to the riverside area and a 5-minute drive to Praia da Rocha, the house is inserted in a typical neighborhood of the city and has the ideal conditions for a great stay for those looking for rest and fun. It has a very nice porch for a relaxing end of the afternoon. The barbecue is great for those that likes a good roast.
The space
The “lemon tree house” has 1 beautiful bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 singular fold-out bed for a couple. Both bedrooms have an outdoor window and great natural lighting. The living room features a generous “chaise longue” sofa and a “apartment screen TV 49inch.” The dining room is spacious and central within the house, interconnecting all the other rooms, including 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen, which in turn gives access to a private outdoor patio with 1 barbeque and dining table. The house of the lemon tree is a ground floor house with outdoor areas composed of 3 different zones, with gardens and balcony to enjoy its beautiful sun exposure.
