The space
The villa is on the top of the Malhão hill surrounded by nature and a beautiful garden near the swimming pool with a warm water during the summer.
You may have pleasant lunchs near the swimming pool and amazing sunsets.
Dinners will have a stonishing panoramic vue of all the coast and little villages that are close by the estate.
Inside you will have all the comodities.
1 double bed room, 3 twin bed room all with private bathroom and a balcony in front of the swimming pool . In the upper floor you have a huge living room and near the kitchen a dining room for 12 people. A very large balcony outside the villa has a table for 12 people, sofas. sunshades, deck chairs and a barbecue.
In a ground floor you will have a room with two bunk beds and a private bathroom. Just near the stairs you also have a guest bathroom.
If you like to walk we can go the the fruit tree garden next to the north part of the state.

All the property is for your own use eccepting two closet rooms and a storage area for products under construction.
