The space
Villa Anna is an impressive holiday home in Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, space and a prime location.
The living and dining area is spacious and bright, tastefully decorated to provide moments of relaxation and socializing. The games room adds extra fun, featuring a snooker table and table tennis, perfect for group entertainment.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds, one with an en suite bathroom with shower and the other with an en suite bathroom with bathtub. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a fully equipped, modern kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing meals with family and friends.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and another with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower.
In the basement there are three additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower, another with two single beds, and a third with two bunk beds, with an additional shared bathroom with shower on this floor.
Outside, Villa Anna offers a magnificent leisure area with a private pool (heatable as an extra), garden, BBQ area and a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.
Located just a short walk from the center of Albufeira and a short drive from the historic center and the Peneco and Pescadores beaches, this villa combines comfort, leisure and proximity to all amenities for an unforgettable holiday.
Right next to Villa Anna is its sister property, Villa Pauline. Both properties can be booked together for large groups.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive an email via our booking system requesting secure authorisation of the payment. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost.
